Villa Salviati - Prendono il via i lavori del Festival d'Europa. La cerimonia d'apertura e la presentazione del nuovo "Alcide De Gasperi Research Centre on the History of European Integration" con i saluti di Juan María Vázquez, Ministro dell'Istruzione spagnolo, e di Maria Romana De Gasperi, Presidente della Fondazione De Gasperi e figlia di Alcide.
Badia Fiesolana - Il secondo appuntamento per mercoledì 6 maggio è quello con la nuova "Dichiarazione Schuman", a 65 anni dalla redazione da quella originale che è ancora oggi una pietra miliare delle politiche di integrazione dell'Unione Europea.
