La notizia è apparsa sul sito www.citygrandtour.it ed è stata subito condivisa su Facebook. Dopo il successo della mostra "Modigliani e ses amis" Palazzo Blu si prepara dunque ad ospitare a Pisa un altro fuoriclasse, stiamo parlando del pittore francese Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec.
L'annuncio ufficiale è previsto per il prossimo 6 marzo, giorno in cui è in calendario una conferenza stampa della Fondazione Pisa.
Henri-Marie-Raymond de Toulouse-Lautrec-Montf è tra le figure più significative dell'arte del tardo Ottocento. Illustratore e litografo e registrò nelle sue opere molti dettagli degli stili di vita bohémien della Parigi di fine Ottocento senza trascurare nulla: ballerine, prostitute, ubriachi, insomma la vita intensa che ruotava attorno al mitico Moulin Rouge.
