Re tartufo sarà protagonista di oltre cento eventi per tre fine settimana, il 10-11 (con anteprima il 9), il 17-18 e il 24-25 novembre, a San Miniato (Pi). Il borgo medievale ospiterà la 42a edizione della mostra mercato nazionale del tartufo bianco, il laboratorio del gusto a cielo aperto più grande d’Italia. Tra le iniziative in programma: il monumento al tartufo dei record, la sfida culinaria con i piatti creati da chef e massaie, alleanze di gusto e solidarietà, l’asta benefica, la sfida con i cani e degustazioni delle migliori eccellenze dell’agroalimentare italiano.
